Mathew Embry is the president of MS Hope, an organization dedicated to providing science-based, drug-free strategies for managing multiple sclerosis (MS). Diagnosed with MS in 1995 at the age of 19, Mathew has been living symptom-free for over 25 years through a regimen of diet, high doses of Vitamin D, and regular exercise. His journey and the strategies he has used to control his MS are documented in the award-winning film "Living Proof," which has been shown internationally and received acclaim for its impactful narrative.

Mathew’s dedication to helping others with MS stems from the profound influence of his parents. His father, Dr. Ashton Embry, whose research led to the development of the Best Bet Diet for MS, and his mother, Joan Embry, authored the Best Bet Diet Cookbook, which has over 200,000 copies in global circulation, providing recipes and strategies that have helped many manage their MS symptoms effectively. Mathew's efforts through MS Hope aim to share these effective strategies with the global MS community, offering hope and practical solutions for those living with the condition.

In addition to his work with MS Hope, Mathew is an accomplished filmmaker, with "Living Proof" highlighting both his personal story and broader issues related to MS treatment and advocacy. His work continues to inspire and provide valuable resources to people with MS around the world.
