This study of molecular basis of celiac disease investigated potential links between gluten sensitivity and MS pathogenesis. Patient cohorts and clinical data were systematically analyzed to identify disease associations. Findings showed that gluten exposure activates pro-inflammatory immune responses in susceptible individuals. Molecular mimicry between gluten and CNS antigens drives autoimmune nervous system attack. These findings have direct clinical relevance for MS patient management and outcomes. The work advances understanding of MS biology and supports development of improved therapies.
